It’s true.
Fixing 5 years of shoulder pain in just 12 weeks is possible.
And I know that sounds crazy.
That’s why I want you to meet Claudia.

STUCK FOR 5 YEARS… UNTIL EVERYTHING CHANGED
Claudia is a ex-IFBB (Bikini) athlete and advanced trainee, who in 2016, experienced a minor dislocatation in the gym.
She spent the next 5 years living with dull aches, sharp pains, and a worrying “clicking” sound when she moved.
At first, she tried to work around it:
❌ Avoiding overhead movements.
❌ Going lighter on pressing.
❌ Spending hours on stretches.
But over time, her pain got worse. Not better.
Her shoulders felt fragile.
Her confidence in the gym plummeted.
And her once-elite physique started slipping away.
WHY DID NOTHING WORK?
Claudia did what most people do:
✔️ She rested.
✔️ She stretched.
✔️ Tried PT rehab plans.
But here’s the problem:
- Stretches reduce pain temporarily… but they don’t resolve the underlying issue and so pain returns.
- Rest reduces pain too… But it comes roaring back when you stop avoiding the painful exercise.
- Generic rehab plans don’t progress far enough to prepare your body for real-life training demands.
This isn’t your fault.
Most people are given surface-level solutions that never address the root cause of their pain.
And like Claudia:
They end up spending years stuck on an endless hamster wheel of quick fixes and band aids that fail to eliminate their tightness, pain or recurring injuries long term.
The Smarter Fix:
Rebuilding from the Ground Up
When Claudia came to me, we didn’t chase symptoms.
We looked at the cause:
She had long arms and very mobile shoulders, which meant her muscles were overworked trying to stabilise them. Her rotator cuff was overloaded and under-supported.
This is why stretches and band drills never stuck. They didn’t build the strength and control her shoulders needed.
So we rebuilt her shoulders from the ground up:
✅ Restored mobility and strength.
✅ Rebuilt confidence in every lift.
✅ Future-proofed her shoulders for life.

12 weeks later, Claudia wasn’t just pain-free.
She was:
- Shoulder pressing, deadlifting, and doing lateral raises confidently.
- Lifting heavier than she had in years.
- Training without hesitation, fear, or fragility.
She went from feeling tight, fragile, and in pain… to strong, capable and confident in every position.

WHAT MADE THE DIFFERENCE?
Claudia spent 5 years stuck because she simply didn’t have the right plan.
She didn’t need:
🚫 More stretches
🚫 To rest longer
🚫 6-8 PT sessions
She needed a system to rebuild mobility, strength and control… through her full range of motion.
Once she had that, her progress skyrocketed for the first time in 5 years… and not only was it faster, but her improvements actually lasted too.

Workouts were frustrating. I couldn't press or pull without having to stop mid-set ... And despite going to the hospital and seeing physios, nothing worked... the pain would ease short-term but would return.
WIth Ollie’s help I’m now able to train 100% pain-free, and I'm shoulder pressing 15kg DBs in each hand without any clicking! And my shoulders have grown too. I'm no longer frustrated or demotivated, and feel the strongest l've ever been.
It's crazy how much misinformation is out there, and I was hesitant to get Ollie’s help because nothing seemed to work up until this point, but I'm glad I did.
Anyone who’s had an injury knows how frustrating and demotivating it is when you see yourself getting weaker and weaker.
Fast forward to now, I’ve taken out all forms of ‘recovery’ (such as tennis balls, stretching, foam rolling, massages). And I can get on with my life with stronger shoulders (it makes carrying groceries so much easier! 😅).
