“I don’t know what to do”
Rear shoulder pain, combined with a weak rotator cuff and frozen shoulder severely limited Conni’s daily life, her training, and her fitness goals.

She couldn’t:
> Put her arm behind her back
> Lift her arm up to the side
> Train her upper body
She even struggled to use the steering wheel in her car, put on a sweater, and go about her normal daily activities day to day.
Before working with me:
> She tried physio
> She tried stretches
> She tried (lots of) massage
> She tried osteo joint manipulations
These treatments weren’t just ineffective.
A lot of what she tried actually made things worse. She felt out of options, and was unsure of what would help her get out of pain for good.
☝️A tough situation right?
Imagine it… shoulder pain destroys your life, and no matter what you try, nothing seems to work (maybe you’re in this situation…)
But then? I got an email from her.
And 4 months after that first email, here’s where she’s at now:

The pain was intense and severely limited my day to day life. I had to completely stop doing upper body workouts and it kept me from doing yoga. I was incredibly frustrated.
I made immense progress during the program. My range of motion has increased substantially. I can go about my day to day life without any limitations or pain. I’m now able to train my upper body and do large movements like deadlifts without any issues.
I really valued the changing customised workouts, and the level of support was great too.
Definitely work with Ollie - he's the best, kindest and most competent coach out there. I’m so happy I found him and so grateful to have been able to work with him.

How incredible is that? She started off in debilitating pain, severely limited in her daily life, and had to completely stop training her upper body…
Then a couple weeks in, this happened:

She started progressing QUICK.
And towards the end of the program? She was doing workouts like this (seriously, this is actually one of her workouts!):

If you’ve hurt your shoulder… how many of these movements are off limits to you right now?
Deadlifts?
Chest press?
Pulldowns?
Lat raise?
I bet they’re all off limits to you, just like they were for Conni. But she can do all of them now. In 4-6 months, this could be your story too (with the right training & approach).
