You’ve had a TERRIBLE time trying to recover from injury.
They try everything… Youtube… Stretching… Massage… Acupuncture… Osteopathy… Chiropractic… Physical Therapy… Injections… maybe surgery…
But despite spending more time and money on this stuff, they still fail to get the relief or results they need.
This is where they fall into what I call:
“The Rehab Wheel of Perpetual Doom”

But appropriate because…
They lose hope They lose strength
They feel frustrated

Their health goes on a downward spiral
And they feel things will only get worse as time goes on…
So why does this happen?
Because traditional injury rehab is broken – and today, let’s explore why…

#1) There’s No Support
Clients get no support between clinic visits. No guidance on technique. No idea if they’re doing things right. They feel alone. And they have no idea if the stuff they’re doing will actually work.
#2) MASSIVE Time Delay
Traditional rehab forces you to waste time. It takes ages to get anything done. It can take months to get an appointment with the right specialist. And there are inconvenient trips back and forth to a clinic.
#3) Poor Exercise Progression
Most patients are given bodyweight or banded exercises. Useful (at first), but you won’t get far if that’s all you’re given. You MUST progress onto harder exercises if you want to adapt.
#4) Boring Exercise Prescription
It’s tough to stick to things you don’t enjoy. That’s why adherance for injury rehab sucks. The exercises are boring… and they’re different from the stuff you want to get back to.
#5) No Focus On health or Education
Research shows improving your health (sleep + diet) and learning about pain (Painscience) improves pain symptoms. Unfortunately, traditional rehab practitioners do not focus on this.

To summarise, here’s why Traditional rehab fails:

— Boring Exercise Prescription
— No focus on health or education
And in response, here’s what I’ve done to tackle these issues…
1. Support
We use video form analysis to remove guesswork and lift with confidence. 24/7 telegram to make things easier with daily support. Zoom calls to gain clarity on exactly what to do.
2. Time Delay
When a client signs up, we get started in 12 hours. There are no journeys back and forth to a clinic and the entire process is streamlined to save the client time.
3. Progression
I review clients’ programs every single session to see where we can progress. This helps them minimise pain, maximise strength, and get back to the things they love as quick as possible.
4. Boring Exercises
My rehab plans focus on proper strength training in the gym. We load the body and focus on performance from week ONE. Only time we’d use bands is for mobility drills at home.
5. Education + Health
We use health optimisation strategies and rehab education modules (from my private education area) to compliment a clients injury rehab workout plan.
