Is this right for you? (Concerns)
This section addresses the most common hesitations people have before joining. If you’re on the fence, read this first.
It’s normal to feel skeptical and uncertain.
You’ve spent time, money, and effort on approaches that didn’t work. But the issue isn’t that you’re “unfixable” — it’s that most approaches fail for the same reasons:
❌ Treating symptoms instead of addressing the root problems(s).
❌ Treating chronic pain like acute injuries (they’re not the same).
❌ No clear plan to get from rehab to full performance.
I focus on what others miss. That’s why my clients get results when nothing else has worked.
Being 100% transparent, nothing in life is guaranteed. All you can do is make the choices that’ll put you in the best possible situation to succeed.
I could give you the tools and guidance that have helped 100s of others just like you succeed after all else failed, but you still need to actually show up and put in the time and effort.
If you don’t? Nothing will work.
So imagine three scenarios for me…
Option 1: Do nothing (which guarantees failure)
Option 2: You continue down the same path.
Option 3: You consider getting my help.
Which do you feel is your best chance of turning things around, so you can get to where you want to go? The same approach that has failed you up until now? Or a proven approach that has worked for 100s of clients… with upto 19 year shoulder issues… in 10+ countries?
And which option is most likely to leave you feeling stuck, and frustrated in 6 months time?
Compared to what?
Because if you don’t get this sorted now, what are you committing to instead? to me, it sounds like another 6, 12, or 18 months of shoulder pain, recurring injuries, and frustration.
What sounds better?
- Keep waiting, and let this go on for another year.
- Commit to 16-24 weeks, and get it sorted for good.
When you realise the options available to you, it’s much easier to decide.
I thought the same when chronic shoulder pain stopped me training.
Truth is?
The physios I saw treated my shoulder pain as an “acute injury” (not their fault… it’s what they’re trained to do). But due to that, I wasn’t using the right tools to improve my situation.
If you’re in the same situation:
You’re not “unfixable”. You just haven’t used the right tools or approach yet.
Rest feels good temporarily because it removes stress from the area – but pain relief isn’t the same as addressing the root problem.
If rest was the answer, it would have worked by now.
I’m willing to bet you’ve gone through many cycles of rest, feeling better, only for the pain to come right back (I’ve been through that exact cycle!). Instead of avoiding stress, you need to learn how to load your shoulder properly so it gets stronger, not weaker.
If it was that simple, don’t you think you’d be in a better place already?
You have a real chance to solve this now:
But if you hesitate, where will you be in 6 months?
I spoke with a man in 2023 who decided to “figure things out alone”. He contacted me again at the end of 2024 — still limited, still frustrated — wishing he took action sooner.
If you haven’t tried physical therapy, that’s your first step.
My expertise isn’t in basic rehab or “fixing’ acute injuries — it’s in solving long-term chronic pain conventional approaches failed to address, and bridging the gap between “low level rehab” and optimal performance.
If you’ve already tried physical therapy, you’ve had scans and diagnoses (no red flags) but you’re still experiencing issues, I’d be happy to see if I can help you.
Your QUestions Answered
This section covers everything you need to know before getting started.
This depends on your history, current condition, and goals.
For most, 24 weeks.
- Phase 1: Minimise pain in the gym & restore movement (4–8 weeks).
- Phase 2: Rebuild strength & stability (6–12 weeks).
- Phase 3: Performance (varies based on goals).
Many clients see major results within 6-12 weeks, but results do vary.
I only work with those who have or are willing to get gym access* — because you need resistance and proper loading to fully rebuild strength and stability.
If you’re serious about improving your situation, gym access is non-negotiable. If you don’t have gym access, I can help you choose a gym during part of the onboarding process.
*Freeweights and a cable machine are all you need.
You’ll get onboarded within 12 hours and start with:
- An in depth audit to assess your unique situation and limitations.
- A custom game plan tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle.
- Direct support to ensure you execute every step correctly.
From Day 1, you’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it works.
Here’s how it looks for most clients:
- train 3-4 hours per week
- One check-in call every two weeks.
- A quick catch up via message every few days.
But everything is adapted to your schedule.
I’ve had clients train 6x/week, client who request check in calls once per month because they’re busy… whatever your schedule, we adapt to make it work optimally.
Final thought before we speak
Now you have the info you need, and when we speak, we’ll figure out if I can help.
But before that, consider this:
What happens if you don’t take action?
- Keep avoiding movement, losing strength and confidence month after month?
- Waste more money on quick fixes that never solve the root problem?
- Stay stuck in pain, wondering if you’ll ever get back to normal?
I understand investing in this program might feel like a risk, because nothing you’ve tried has worked (yet)… but the guaranteed cost of doing nothing is far higher.
Let’s reframe the real questions:
- What if this doesn’t work?
- This is a big commitment
- Maybe I’m unfixable?
- What if I’m still stuck 6 months from now because I did nothing?
- Compared to what? Another year (or 5) of pain?
- The wrong approaches failed me. I just need the right one.
The reality is:
Staying on the same path means a 0% success rate for you.
My program has a 93% success rate. But even if it only had a 30-50% chance of success, the upside would far outweigh the downside.
So ask yourself:
👉 If this works, what does your life look like in 6 months?
👉 How much is that worth to you?
Food for thought.
At the end of the day, I just want to see you win. No pressure. No hard feelings.
Let’s find out if this is the right path for you.
