“Im fed up of feeling BROKEN!”
I remember my shoulder injury well, because it was one of the most frustrating and disheartening times of my life.
The pain stopped me:
— playing sport
— working out
— living a normal life
I felt broken every time I tried to train my upper body, put on a sweater, or carry a shopping bag home from the supermarket.
