INTRODUCTION
If you’re reading this — it’s because you’ve got a persistent shoulder issue that won’t seem to go away…
You’ve tried the traditional route like physical therapy:
But nothing seems to stick.
And here you are, wondering how a remote service could deliver results when in-person therapy couldn’t.
Let me show you why so many clients — just like you — achieved results with me, after failing with traditional PT.
Successful injury rehab is not about proximity; it’s about precision and having the right plan from day one.
The Process
1. Initial Consultation & Biomechanics Assessment
We start with a detailed consultation to uncover your pain points, goals, and training history.
This is followed by a biomechanics assessment to analyze movement patterns. Every part of your program is customized using this data—delivered through Notion.
Ps. Here’s what the onboarding section looks like in your private client dashboard.

2. Custom Program Delivery
After onboarding, you’ll receive phase 1 of your Bespoke program, which is built around your specific needs, goals, and limitations.
The goal?
To eliminate pain and restore shoulder function… and train the rest of your body while avoiding movements that could slow recovery.
Ps. Program delivery is customised to your preferences… options include google sheets (example below), notion, or trainerize.

3. Learning Phase (First 4 Weeks)
Here, you will master exercise set up and execution, While learning the foundational training principles to maximise results and minimise pain / injury for life.
I’ll assess how your body responds to resistance, identifying weaknesses that weren’t apparent during the initial assessment.
Ps. Aside from guidance on frequency, reps, sets, lifting tempo (speed), and rest periods — you get a private exercise library with in depth instructions on how to perform exercises perfectly 👇
4. Ongoing Coaching, adjustments and Feedback
You get direct access to me via Telegram.
We regularly review form videos, adust the program and tweak exercises, ensuring every detail of your program is optimal — so you can progress safely and as fast as possible.
Every 7 days, we’ll formally assess your progress to ensure you’re on track to achieving your goals without pain or setbacks.

5. Health Optimisation
After the initial 4-8 weeks, we start to address key areas that affect recovery and performance — nutrition, sleep, and stress.
Reducing pain isn’t just about movement; everything is connected.
If your stress or recovery isn’t optimal, it can hinder progress.

Common Concerns
“I’ve tried physical therapy, what if this doesn’t work?”
The reason many fail with PT is that they’re given stretches and low-level exercises—temporary fixes that manage symptoms but don’t address the root problem.
My approach goes deeper to rebuild strength and restore function. That’s why clients succeed with me, even remotely.
“What does the workload involve?”
Expect 2-3 training days per week, regular check-ins, and message-based support. The workload adapts to your schedule—because life is busy, but progress is non-negotiable.
“How fast will I see results?”
Most clients have their first pain-free workout within 4 weeks.
But quick relief is just the beginning.
The real goal is to build long-term strength and resilience, so you can handle harder activities and stay pain-free over the long haul.
How much does it cost?
I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions — and the exact investment will depend on the complexity of your situation, how long it’s been an issue and what you need.
The best way to find out?
By booking a free 30 minute strategy session.
We’ll go through everything on Zoom, and then we can put something together – so whether you do it now or in the future – it’s good to know it’s there if you need it.
