My advice? Aim to achieve 7-8 hours sleep, Aim for a slight KCAL surplus + high protein diet. And learn to manage your stress… This will improve your health and reduce pain outside workouts.

Most injury rehab protocols do not:

• Educate you on pain

• Address unhelpful beliefs

• Debunk myths and misinformation

And I see that as a huge problem for 2 reasons.

1/ It makes it almost impossible for the client to recover. Beliefs hold them back. They continue to trust the lies they have been fed by the healthcare system. They don’t understand their pain symptoms.

2/ They don’t understand how to SUSTAIN the result and STAY pain-free after working with a professional. And what’s the point of getting the result if you can’t keep it? It’d be like having abs for a weekend.
